Requex is a business platform for auto-services garages, operated as a network on the SOIS platform by SOIS AI Ltd. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Account details for the garages that use Requex, the business data a garage chooses to store (such as jobs, vehicles, stock and bookings), and limited technical data needed to run and secure the service.
Customer data held by a garage
When a garage takes a booking, the customer details it captures belong to that garage. The garage is the controller of that data; Requex processes it on the garage's behalf.
How we use it
To provide the service, to keep it secure, to bill for usage, and to support the garages that use it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the data-rights form and the request reaches the right team.
