Fixer Buddy
Every fitter gets their own AI buddy.
Tap the robot and the fitter has an agent that knows the job, scoped to exactly what you let them do. It speaks to the same tools the office uses, from the field.
Text the customer
"Let Mrs Robinson know I'm 10 minutes away." The buddy sends the SMS to the job's customer and reads their replies back into the chat.
Quote and invoice
Add a charge, raise the invoice, send it, if you've given that fitter the financial permission. If not, the tools simply aren't there.
Notes, tasks and parts
Log a vehicle condition, tick off the job's tasks, search stock, or raise a new job from the roadside. All hands-free if you like.
