Use case
A busy Saturday that books itself.
A one-bay installer is on the tools all Saturday. Every call missed is a job missed. Requex takes the bookings online so the bay stays full and no one chases the phone.
The shape of the day
Customers find the shop, enter a license plate, see the right tires at the right price, and pick a slot. The phone barely rings.
How it lands
Bookings flow in overnight. The diary is full by 9am. The installer spends Saturday fitting, not picking up calls.
What the agent adds
When stock runs short on a popular size, the agent raises a draft purchase order against the right supplier and pings the owner to approve.
